How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels with Australia. It takes between 1- 4 days coming from Sydney metro.
Is LIVANI vegan / completely natural?
Our products are completely natural and 100% vegan certified across the whole range.
Is LIVANI sulphate and paraben free?
Our products are both sulfate and paraben free. We completely free of all nasties
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we love animals as much as you do and therefore we would never test our products on any animals!
Is LIVANI safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Our products are completely natural and 100% vegan certified across the whole range, we contain no chemicals that will harm your baby. While we believe our products are absolutely safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend to consult your medical health professional and refer them to our listed ingredients which can be found on our website to alleviate any concerns.
Is LIVANI safe to use on my coloured hair?
Yes, all LIVANI products are safe to use on coloured hair and won’t compromise any colour work.
What is the difference between a refill bottle and a standard bottle?
LIVANI products can be purchased as a refill bottle. This means you will not receive a pump and you can reuse your existing pump.
